Sufi Healing in Edmonton
for the Heart, Body, and Spirit
A sacred, heart-centred approach to spiritual healing in Edmonton, rooted in remembrance, emotional integration, and returning to God through love. Available in person in Edmonton or virtually across Canada.
What Is Sufi Healing?
Sufi healing is a sacred, heart-centred approach to spiritual healing that supports the body, emotions, soul, and your relationship with God. It is not about forcing change or fixing you. It is a gentle return to the heart: the place of remembrance, sincerity, mercy, and inner peace.
At Sufi Soul Garden, sessions draw from the Sufi healing lineage of Sidi Muhammad al-Jamal and the APIIR-TB method developed by Dr. Ibrahim Jaffe. Depending on what your heart and body need, a session may include guided reflection, sacred remembrance, emotional integration, Prophetic Medicine, body-based awareness, and Qur'anic healing practices such as ruqyah. Sessions are available in person in Edmonton, Alberta, or virtually across Canada.
This Work May Support You To:
Gently explore the emotional patterns and protective layers your body has been carrying
Understand anxiety, sadness, overwhelm, or relationship patterns through a spiritual and emotional lens
Bring mercy and witnessing to younger parts of yourself and old wounds
Receive sacred remembrance, spiritual grounding, and protection practices when appropriate
Deepen your connection with God, your heart, and the peace already within you
Develop emotional resilience, spiritual self-awareness, and a more compassionate relationship with yourself
For those who want to understand the roots of this approach more deeply, God's Way: Sufi Spiritual Healing by Dr. Ibrahim Jaffe offers a fuller introduction to this heart-centred path of transformation.
What a Session Looks Like
We Begin by Listening
Your session opens with deep, compassionate listening. We explore what brought you here, what you are carrying, and what your heart is asking for. This is not a rushed intake. It is a sacred conversation held with care, prayer, and discernment.
The Healing Work
Based on what arises, we draw on what your heart, body, and soul need. A session may include sacred remembrance, guided prayer, body-based awareness, Prophetic Medicine, emotional integration, or spiritual protection practices where appropriate. There is no fixed script. The work responds to you.
You Leave with a Path Forward
You leave with a simple path forward: practices, reflections, or gentle next steps that support integration after the session. Healing does not stop when the session ends. It unfolds in the days that follow.
Everything is confidential and held with reverence. Sessions are available in person in Edmonton or virtually. You do not need to prepare anything. You just need to arrive as you are.
A Gentle Method for Inner Healing
A heart-centred Sufi healing framework that helps us listen beneath the surface of pain, understand the patterns held in the heart and body, and move toward resolution with compassion.
This work is guided by the APIIR-TB method developed by Dr. Ibrahim Jaffe, MD, physician and Sufi Master Healer. You do not need to understand the whole method before you begin. It simply gives the session a clear, prayerful structure so the work can unfold with care, discernment, and respect for your pace.
We begin by orienting the session toward God, love, mercy, and sincerity. This creates a grounded spiritual container where you can feel held, listened to, and supported without pressure or performance.
Together, we gently notice the patterns beneath what you are carrying. These may show up as repeating emotions, relationship cycles, body sensations, fears, beliefs, or spiritual disconnection. The goal is not to judge the pattern, but to understand what it has been trying to protect.
Inner Sometimes the heart speaks through images, memories, symbols, sensations, or impressions. In this stage, we listen for what is ready to be seen. Nothing is forced. The work is guided gently, with prayer, presence, and compassion.
As understanding deepens, we explore the choices, beliefs, or survival strategies connected to the pattern. This is not about blame. It is about discovering where your heart may be ready for a new response, a new boundary, or a new way of relating to God, yourself, and others.
Resolution is the movement toward release, integration, and peace. Through prayerful presence, reflection, and sacred remembrance, the session supports what is ready to soften, shift, or be returned to God.
Every difficulty can carry a teaching. This stage asks: what is this experience inviting you to understand, reclaim, or embody? The teaching may be about trust, tenderness, boundaries, rest, courage, forgiveness, or returning to the heart.
Beautification is the gentle strengthening of the heart after insight has arrived. It is where the work becomes lived: more steadiness, more compassion, more remembrance, and a clearer sense of how to walk forward in your daily life.
Is This Healing Path for You?
Sufi healing may be a supportive next step if you feel spiritually dry, emotionally heavy, sensitive to what you carry, or ready to return to yourself and to God with more tenderness. Sessions are available virtually and in person in Edmonton, Alberta.

AnonymousBody, Heart, and Spirit Support Through Prophetic Medicine
Your initial Sufi healing session may include a gentle temperament assessment rooted in Unani Tibb, the traditional constitutional system used in Prophetic Medicine. This helps us understand how your body, emotions, and spiritual life are asking to be supported, so your practices, nourishment, herbs, and lifestyle guidance can be offered with more care.
