Welcome to The Sufi Soul Garden (referred to as “The Company”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, which can be accessed through our website at www.sufisoulgarden.com or our mobile application. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Company. “You” refers to you, as a user of our services. By using our site and/or our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from accessing the website or using our services.

General Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the right, power, and ability to enter into and perform under these Terms. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the approval of your parent or guardian. You will comply with any instructions provided by The Company in connection with your use of the Service.

The Company may establish general practices and limits concerning the use of the Service and reserves the right to change its instructions, general practices, and limits at any time, with or without notice to you.

Modifications to the Service, Prices, and Terms of Use

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, including these Terms of Use, without notice at any time. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Use on this page. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Use by posting updates on our website. Your continued use of the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Products and Services

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products and services on a case-by-case basis, including limiting quantities. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

1. Virtual Retreats (Including: The Heart’s Homecoming 6-Week Virtual Program)

We offer a 7-Day Heart-Led Integrity Guarantee:

If within the first seven (7) days of the virtual retreat you determine, for any reason, that the program is not the right fit, you may withdraw and receive a full program credit, equal to the amount paid, valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue.

This credit may be applied to:

  • 1:1 Sufi Healing sessions, Ruqyah sessions

  • Workshops or virtual programs

  • Any in-person retreat

  • Professional spiritual support services.

    No explanation is required, and no judgment is made. Your lived reality, emotional experience, and personal timing are respected.

Please note:

Credit, rather than a refund, allows us to honour the time, energy, and preparation invested in your space from the moment you join, while still keeping your investment safe for future use.

2. In-Person Retreats

Due to the significant planning, accommodation arrangements, booking of facilitators, and limited spaces available:

  • Retreat deposits are non-refundable, but fully transferable as service credit valid for twelve (12) months.

  • Remaining retreat payments may be converted into credit up to 30 days prior to the scheduled retreat start date.

  • Within 30 days of the retreat, all payments become fully committed, except in cases of emergency (see Section 4).

Service credits can be used toward any offering within Sufi Soul Garden within one year.

3. Private Sessions (Sufi Healing, Ruqyah, Consultations, and Ongoing sessions)

Appointments may be:

  • Rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice

  • Cancelled with 24 hours’ notice for full credit

  • Missed sessions (no-shows) are not eligible for refund or credit

Emergencies are always considered with compassion (see Section 4)

4. Life Happens Clause (Compassionate Consideration)

We understand that genuine emergencies occur, health crises, family emergencies, unexpected life events, or emotional overwhelm. In such cases, Sufi Soul Garden will work with you in good faith to find a compassionate solution, which may include:

  • Extending service credit deadlines

  • Transferring credit to a different service

  • Offering partial credit inside otherwise non-creditable windows

We approach every situation with sincerity, discernment, and respect, while also honouring the labour and resources invested in each service.

5. Expiry of Credits

Service credits issued under these policies remain valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Credits are non-transferable to other individuals unless express written permission is granted.

6. No Guarantees of Outcome

All spiritual, somatic, and wellness services offered by Sufi Soul Garden are supportive, non-clinical, and not a replacement for medical or psychological treatment. While many clients experience significant benefits, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased through the Service. You agree to provide accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.

Optional Tools

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available.” Your use of optional third-party tools offered through the Service is at your own risk.

Third-Party Links

The Service may contain third-party materials and links to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of third-party materials or websites.

User Generated Content

We may monitor, edit, or remove content that we determine is unlawful, offensive, or violates any party’s rights. You are solely responsible for any comments you make, and you agree not to violate any third-party rights.

Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

We do not guarantee the accuracy of information available through the Service. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe upon the rights of others.

Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

Your use of the Service is at your own risk. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service and are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims due to your breach of these Terms of Use.

Severability

In case any part of these Terms of Use is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Termination

These Terms of Use are in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate them at any time. We may terminate them at any time without notice if you violate these Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the province of Alberta.
